How do I add a group in Act! Essentials?

Start in the contacts section

  1. Click the + from the top right corner
  2. Select 'New Group' from the drop down menu
  3. Enter the group name in the name field
  4. Fill in other desired fields
  5. Click 'Save' when finished

Note: To create a dynamic group, use the criteria section to set a field equal to a specific term.
