How to mark an activity as completed?

There are now two options to mark an activity as completed.
*Please note that an activity will mark itself as completed if the date has passed.

A:

  1. From the 'Agenda' section select the activity that has been completed
  2. Click the 'Mark Completed' button on the activity details

To view your completed events from the 'Agenda' section click 'Completed Activities'.

B:

  1. From the 'Contacts' section of the account search for the contact you have the scheduled activity with.
  2. From the 'Activities' tab under the contact image click the desired activity
  3. Click 'Show Activity Card>>'
  4. Click the 'Mark Completed' button
