Why have my contacts’ images been removed?

As Act! Essentials receives security permission from Facebook the token only allows access for 60 days at a time. If the images are removed from your contacts please follow the directions below to restore:

  1. Click ’Profile ’ from the bottom left corner
  2. Click ’My Profile’
  3. Click ’Apps & integration’
  4. Click the app you want to connect with and enter log in details as requested
  5. Refresh Act! Essentials when completed
