How do I decrease the amount of emails I can send?

To decrease the amount of emails you can send to contacts during a campaign start by

  1. Log into your Act! Essentials account
  2. Click ’Profile ’ from the bottom left corner
  3. Click ’Plans & Billing’
  4. To the right of ’Current Plan’ click ’Manage your Plan’
  5. Click the drop down under ’Do you need additional Emarketing recipients? ’ Select the amount of emails you wish to send to
  6. Click ’Confirm Changes’ at the bottom of the page when you are done editing.
