To decrease the amount of emails you can send to contacts during a campaign start by
- Log into your Act! Essentials account
- Click ’Profile ’ from the bottom left corner
- Click ’Plans & Billing’
- To the right of ’Current Plan’ click ’Manage your Plan’
- Click the drop down under ’Do you need additional Emarketing recipients? ’ Select the amount of emails you wish to send to
- Click ’Confirm Changes’ at the bottom of the page when you are done editing.
