How can I remove contacts from my Act! 365 emarketing opt-out list?

To remove contacts from the opt-out list we require the following information:

  • Your account name
  • The email address of the contact you wish to remove from the opt-out list
  • A copy of an email from the contact specifically requesting to continue to receive your emails.

Examples of acceptable requests include:

  • "Please resubscribe my email address to your mailing list"
  • "I wish to opt-in to receiving your emails again"
  • "Please remove my email from your opt-out list"
