Once you have signed up and registered your Act! Essentials account, you are ready to get familiar with your new account.
- Import all of your contacts
- Create a group of contacts that you'd like to send an email campaign to
- Create an email template, perhaps a newsletter to send to your group
- Send your campaign
- View your Call List and your Campaign History reports
- Connect your Act! Essentials account to your calendar via iCal in Outlook or Google
- Create follow up activities to your contacts based on their interactions with your template -- Schedule a call, meeting or to-do for those that were most engaged in your email campaign.
