How do I decrease the amount of Emails I can send?

To decrease the amount of emails you can send to contacts during a Campaign start by

  1. Log into your Act! Essentials account
  2. Click Profile from the bottom left corner
  3. Click Plans & Billing
  4. To the right of Current Plan click Manage your Plan
  5. Click the drop down under Do you need additional Emarketing recipients? Select the amount of emails you wish to send to
  6. Click Confirm Changes at the bottom of the page when you are done editing.
