How do I move an Opportunity to a new stage?

There are various methods available to change the Stage of an Opportunity depending on your device:

Changing the Stage on a desktop browser

  1. Click Opportunities from the menu on the left
  2. Click the icon on the top right with 4 squares to switch view
  3. Drag and drop the Opportunity in to the appropriate Stage, this will save the changes automatically

    Note: You are currently unable to use the drag and drop feature for Opportunities on mobile devices, please follow the steps below for mobile devices.

  4. Click the title and then click Edit from the top right corner
  5. Click the drop down menu for the Stage field, select correct stage

You can also change the Opportunity Stage by following the steps below

  1. From the menu on the left click Opportunities
  2. Click the Opportunity Stage on the left for the Opportunity you would like to view/change
  3. Click the Opportunity name and then select Edit on the top right corner
  4. Scroll down and locate the Stage, click it and select your new Stage from the drop-down menu
  5. Once you have chosen your Stage, scroll to the bottom of the Opportunity details and click Save

Once you click save you will be taken back to the main Opportunities screen with your chosen stage set as the filter.

Changing the Stage on a mobile device

  1. Tap the menu icon on the top left and select Opportunities
  2. Select the Opportunity stage for the Opportunity you would like to view/change
  3. Tap the Opportunity name and then select Edit on the top right corner
  4. Scroll down and tap the current Stage, select your new Stage from the drop-down menu
  5. Once you have chosen your Stage, scroll to the bottom of the Opportunity details and tap Save
