How to add a document to an email template?

How can I add a document as an attachment to an emarketing template?

 

* Supported file types: .doc, .docx, .ppt, .pptx, .xls, .xlsx, .txt, .csv, .pdf

 

  1. Click on the Emarketing icon
  2. Click Template Manager
  3. Select the template you would like to edit and click the orange pencil icon
  4. If you are creating a new template submit a Category and Template name, click Edit
  5. Once your template is in Edit mode click the Files tab
  6. Click the orange arrow
  7. Create a Category or select an Existing Category
  8. Click Browse to search the document needed from your desktop
  9. Click Open after you have selected the desired document
  10. Once the uploaded document has reached 100% click Close
  11. The uploaded file will now appear under the Category you created/selected
  12. The file can now be added to an image or text within the template

    To add the File to an image
  • Hover your mouse over the image
  • Click on the paper icon
  • Select the correct Category and File
  • Click Submit
  • Click the floppy disk icon from the top right corner to save changes

    To add the File to text
  • Click the A icon from the top right corner
  • Add text needed
  • Highlight Text and click the paper icon
  • Select the Category and File needed
  • If the text needs to be edited make changes within the Text box
  • Edit Font color if needed
  • Click Submit
  • After editing text click Return to Layout Mode
  • Click the floppy disk icon form the top right corner to save changes
